Yes — if you have not downloaded the file. Email help@dollarpdf.com within 24 hours. Once the file is downloaded, the conversion was delivered, so we cannot refund.
No. Pay, download, done. Accounts are optional and only useful if you want all your receipts in one place.
1 hour from the moment the conversion finishes. After that the file is deleted and the link 404s, so save it as soon as the download button appears.
