Dollar PDF™ exists because converting a PDF to a Word document should not require a free trial, a credit card on file, or a promise to upgrade later. You upload the file. You pay a dollar. You get the result. That is the whole product.
Why a dollar
Every existing converter we tried wanted ten dollars a month for a tool we needed twice a year. The free ones either watermarked the output, capped the file size, or asked for an email address that turned into a newsletter. None of them just charged us for what we used.
A dollar is the price of being honest. It pays for the conversion. It pays for storage that gets deleted an hour later. It pays for a refund button that does not require a human. It pays for a homepage that does not waste your morning.
We do not have a free tier. We do not have a pro tier. We do not have a team plan, an enterprise plan, or a referral program. There is one price. It does what it says.
What we hold ourselves to
Pay for what you use
A subscription that you only need twice a year is a tax on forgetfulness. We bill you the moment you convert a file, and that is the only time we bill you.
Privacy is not a feature
It is a precondition. Your file is encrypted in transit, deleted 60 minutes after the conversion, and never read by a person or trained on by a model.
The result, not a sign-up
You can convert a file before you tell us your name. Account creation is optional, on the way out, and only there so you can pull up old receipts.
Refunds are automatic
If the conversion fails, the refund happens on its own. You do not have to fill in a form, email support, or wait on hold.
Run by humans
Dollar PDF is a small, independent product. We answer support ourselves, we read every refund request, and we will tell you the truth about what we can and cannot convert.
